I've been in the tech industry for over 8 years doing things like: running workshops, developing websites, interviewing users, designing products, running usability tests, hosting internal team-building activities (jeopardy is a fave), and managing teams of designers.
TLDR; I make products better, and work more fun.
I think all things are learnable, and collaboration is the key to successful products, and work environments.
